The general conditions shown below regulate the relationships Società Cooperativa Sociale Alis with legal head office in Terni via Alerdi nr. 4 VAT and fiscal code 00641860556 as agent of the 165m Marmore Falls Enterprise Temporary group (below Soc. Coop. Soc. ALis) managing authority of the logistic – tourist and support services of the Marmore Falls area (TR) in reference to the procedures of tender proclaimed from the Municipality of Terni and the users of this service.
Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided from the Soc. Coop. Soc. Alis consists of purchase and booking through the e-commerce of the entrance tickets to the excursion-tourist area of the Marmore Falls and to the booking and purchase of possible additional services linked to the entrance as guided tours and didactical activities of different typology. This service has been provided through the website www.marmorefalls.it and the website www.cascatamarmore.ticket-cloud.it.
The fixing of tariffs for the entrance to the Marmore Falls has been decided upon the Municipality of Terni in the accounting and administrative specifications approved with the resolution of the municipal Assembly. The discipline is subject to the variations extraneous from the will of the managing authority.

Art. 2 – CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF TICKTES
To book and purchase the tickets is necessary to fill an on-line form with all its obligatory parts that are marked by an asterisk. The user declares and guarantees that all the information referring to the personal data provided during the order/registration process are update, complete, accurate and sincere.
Sending the order form to the Soc. Coop. Soc. Alis through the website www.marmorefalls.it, you accept unconditionally and commit to respect the previsions of the present Conditions of Sale and the Regulation of the entrance at the area
The purchase of the ticket improves with the fill of the form and through the payment. The users can buy the tickets with only one transaction.
To the tariff for the entrance ticket and/or other services has been applied a right of booking: see the art. 5 of the present Regulations.
Art. 3 – PAYMENT METHODS OF THE TICKETS
The payment of the ticket and/or other services can be effectuated through the Paypal Platform, following the provisions shown in the procedures described on-line.
Art. 4 – PURCHASE CONDITION OF THE TICKETS, CONFIRMATION ORDER AND ACCESS TO THE AREA
A mail will be sent to the customer at the end of the payment with the confirmation of the order. It is moreover possible to print the voucher valid to enter directly to the access signed with the letter A and B in the map of the area, respectively Byron entrance to the Lower Outlook and Specola entrance to the Upper Outlook.
An invoice referring to the purchase made, have been sent to the mail address inserted from the customer, if requested to the act of purchase, selecting the specific box.
The ticket bought electronically gives the right to enter at the accesses A and/or B during the day. The heading of the entrance can’t be give in, reused, subject to brokerage or sold. Possible abuses will be signalised to the competent authorities.
The personnel who controls the access, verifies also the validity of the documentation of the heading as evidence. For example for the reduced and free tickets that the customer must be showed. Possible discordance did by mistakes could be regulated at site, going to the ticket-office of the Lower and Upper Outlook.
Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF THE TICKTS
The tariffs of the tickets with the right of booking and the validity are indicated during the procedure of the purchase. Possible changes to the accounting regulations is the Municipality of Terni’s concern and is not in the managing authority power.
The united price understand each other VAT inclusive. In conformity with the expected art. 7-ter legislative decree n. 633/72, the VAT has been applied in the invoice both to the subjects who are residents fiscal purposes in Italy and to the consumers who are not fiscally residents in Italy. The commission applied for the purchase of the ticket is:
•€ 1.50 for each ticket on line bought for the purchases up to 14 tickets
•€ 20 for each group for the purchase of the on line tickets for groups with a minimum of 15 tickets bought and a maximum of 50 tickets bought
Art. 6 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE TICKET AND REQUEST OF REFUND
after doing the purchase in the indicated websites will be not possible to modify the date of the entrance to the excursion-tourist area of the Marmore Falls or a purchase in a partial way.
It is possible to cancel the entire purchase/transaction and request the refund within 5 days of the expected entrance. To request the cancellation and the refund of the ticket of the customer must an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the number of transaction to cancel. Became effective of such term, the ticket will be not refunded even if you didn’t use it.
ART. 7 – CONCLUSION OF THE SALE
We consider the order when sent to the Soc. Coop. Soc. Alis. Then it receives electronically your order form and the information there indicated, have been verified and considered correct.
We consider closed the agreement when beyond the authorized payment through the website www.marmorefalls.it we send you a voucher in a digital form for the access to the area and/or the use of the additional services.
Art. 7 – RESPECT OF THE TIME SLOTS AND OF THE ENTRANCE DATE TO THE PARK OF THE WATERFALL
The date of the entrance to access in the area of the Marmore Falls is that we indicate in the ticket and can’t be changed. It is not possible to enter in the park in other dates different from that we have already indicated in the ticket. The time slot of the entrance is approximate but however subject to the opening and closing hours of the park that you can find also in the homepage of the website marmorefalls.it and also if you click here

The present Terms and General Condition are subject to the Italian law and in particular to the Legislative Decree

Any dispute, controversy or related or nascent claim to these Terms and General Conditions, or to their violation, resolution or validity will be due to the competent court identified by the terms of law.
